This hotel offers excellent value for money. the staff is friendly, helpful, and provides great service, as mentioned by many guests. the location is easily reachable by public transportation, with a bus stop just a short distance away, making it a good base to explore the Nikko area. the rooms are clean and comfortable with basic amenities, and the breakfast serves a good selection of both Western and Asian cuisine.
The hotel's location may not be ideal for those who prefer to stay nearer to a town center, as it is a little far from restaurants and shops, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The hotel had convenient free parking and was located in an area that allowed for easy transportation from Utsunomiya to Nikko. The breakfast had an adequate selection including options for a Halal diet. The staff was fantastic, answering my questions and providing information through an iPad in a very polite tone.
